After studying Industrial Engineering and Management at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Robin has spent many years investing in manufacturing startups with Point Nine Capital. During this time, he has worked with founders and industry experts on the digital transformation in manufacturing. Three years ago, he started writing a monthly Newsletter about the Future of Manufacturing that is read by a few thousand people today.

Wolfgang has spent more than 10 years at Volkswagen, was in the upper management and headed the shop floor IT as well as the Smart.Production:Lab. In October 2018, he co-founded SYNAOS, a company that is developing SYNA.OS, an AI-based operating system for intralogistics in warehouses and factories.

Linda is currently a Head of Division at the Manufacturing Industry practice of adesso SE, a leading IT service provider. Prior to joining adesso, she lead the digital transformation journey at an automotive supplier (Dürr) and built digital products for electric vehicle drivers at BMW. Her areas of expertise cover business development, digital product management as well as technology and innovation management. She is a former top management consultant, speaker and coach in executive education programs. Linda attended WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, one of the premier business schools in Germany, and earned a PhD in management from University of Saint Gallen (Switzerland).

Since then, he gained extensive experience how to promote & steer corporate innovation as Digital Transformation Officer at Mercedes-Benz plant Ludwigsfelde. Victoria is a researcher, top management consultant and speaker. In her work as a consultant with HPO Research & Consulting, she supports top executives in her personal development and leadership skills and accompanies organisations in their cultural transformation. Since more than 6 years, Victoria is doing research in the field of positive psychology. In her PhD she focuses on the impact of positive psychological resources executives and founders use on their success and failure. As a speaker, she gives input to topics like leadership or positive psychological concepts. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT).

Prior to ZEISS, he worked in the corporate strategy department at Siemens and founded a consulting firm for business model innovation for German SMEs. Marco holds degrees in economics and finance from Zeppelin University and LMU Munich and attended the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM).
